Hotel Advisories:
- Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
- Although the hotel offers over a mile of sandy white beach, some of the area is not swimmable due to protected coral. There is a swimmable area and also a unique natural saltwater pool on property.
- The Municipality of Solidaridad will be charging an Eco Tax of 20.00 Mexico Pesos (approx. $1.10 USD) per room per night. This amount is not included in your vacation price and will be collected at your hotel. These funds are being used to protect, maintain and conserve the natural beauty of the destination, the area, and its surroundings.
- El Dorado Royale has announced temporary closure of La Isla International restaurant and Gaucamayas Theater (both are closed due to renovations and maintenance). The dining and entertainment will not be affected by this work since the hotel continues to provide several dining options and the same entertainment schedule (in the ballroom). All other resort facilities will operate as normal. Please note renovation dates are subject to change at any time without prior notification.

We highly recommend travel insurance to protect you against any cancellation penalties incurred if you cancel your trip prior to your originally scheduled flight departure time, or unforeseen need for medical services while traveling.

A $500 per person deposit is due by July 15th! Upon receipt of your deposit we will send you a program package and instructions for paying the balance as well as obtaining travel insurance if you so desire!
